Make sure that you key in the number exactly as it appears in the system, i.e. include appropriate area codes, etc. Key in 1 to accept the entry, or hangup to discard it. feature_code.add_num_blacklist.tooltip = Enter a telephone number, which is then added to the blacklist for the extension.
